TuitionTuition is due on the 1st of each month. There is a $10.00 late fee added to any payment received after the 5th of the month. There are no reductions in tuition for illnesses, holidays, voluntary absences or vacations. A surcharge of $25.00 will be added to all returned checks.
Registration FeeA non-refundable registration fee of $120.00 is paid at the time of registration. Yearly students are not subject to a registration fee, but are subject to a re-enrollment fee of $50.00.
Mid-Year or Mid-Month EnrollmentsThere are neither academic nor economic disadvantages to mid-year or even mid-month enrollments. The Montessori environment is geared to individual rather than group development and progress, a child begins at her/his own level and pace whenever she/he enters. Prorated tuition will apply to any child(ren) enrolling mid-year/mid-month.
Sign-In and Sign-OutAs part of our safety procedures, Montessori Angels Playhouse request that Parents/Legal Guardians sign their child in when they drop them off in the morning. Upon retrieving a child in the afternoon, the Parent/Legal Guardian must sign their child out. For your protection, no child will be released to a person without authorization. Please make every effort to bring/pick up your child(ren) to/from school on time.

HealthSnacks are provided by Montessori Angels Playhouse once in the morning and once in the afternoon. A list of your child’s allergies should be given to the school.Montessori Angels Playhouse is designed for the wellness of the child. In order to protect the children from infectious diseases, I am mandated to inform parents of any contagious illnesses. Please do not send your child unless he/she is feeling well and is ready for a busy day. If your child becomes ill at school I will call you, if you are unable to be reached, I will call the emergency numbers on the list. Please keep your emergency numbers current.
To prevent the spread of communicable illnesses, take the time in the morning to observe your child. If a child has a cough and/or runny nose, he can be contagious and should stay home. If a child has been sent home with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or other symptoms, the child needs to stay home one extra day after the child has returned to normal. The extra day is standard policy for most illnesses and will help insure your child's recuperation and the health and safety of the teacher and other children.
MedicationAll medication must be in a prescribed container with a physician prescription and specific time and dosage. Medication will only be administered if a specific form is completed requesting that a teacher do so. Depending on the medication and circumstances, a teacher has the right to refuse administration of any medication and therefore will inform you at the time the medication is brought to school.
